Reflex drilling understands that ongoing relevant industry training is vital to ensure safe and productive drilling practices. Reflex exceeds or complies with all the statutory requirements as determined by each contract and is committed to maintain an international occupational health and safety programme regardless of location.
A competency based training program helps structure the advancement of key employees from drill assistants progressing through to senior drillers. To help achieve this our employees receive regular on the job training which also includes adherence to standard work procedures and job analysis.
